Preferred Supplier Exhibition

Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors are invited to attend this year’s Preferred Supplier Exhibition which will be held over two days beginning on Saturday afternoon and continuing on Sunday morning, giving you ample time to connect with our members.

The Exhibition represents the structured business element of the conference and provides an opportunity for preferred partners to deliver key messages and showcase your product and point of difference to Travellers Choice owners, managers and senior staff. Our agents will visit your booth in small groups of between two and four and we recommend spending no more than ten minutes with each group in order to engage with as many members as possible.

Presentations that have been tailored around the needs of the business owner have received the best feedback in the past. We recommend that your brand representative/s be a senior member of your team and qualified to engage with the owners and managers of our member agencies at a level beyond that of a regular agency visit. 

Consider how to overview changes made to your company’s focus, structure or products over the last few years to help agents understand the current benefits and features that can maximise yields in their businesses. These could include product or technical innovations, re-engineered value-add and up-sell opportunities and changes to the sales and marketing channels available to agents at a local level to drive business and deliver results. Your interaction with our members should be flexible enough to enable some question time and provide for mutual and individual dialogue. 

Throughout the Preferred Supplier Exhibition, members will be incentivised to visit your booth and spend time with your representative/s. A prize draw will follow the second session and you are invited to provide a prize to present during the Preferred Supplier Prize Draw.* 

Included in your sponsorship is a 3m x 2m booth, fascia signage, individually dressed trestle table with four chairs, and access to power and internet connectivity. Following your registration and closer to the event, you will be sent a separate communication asking you to detail any specific requirements for your exhibition participation.

Please note that bump in is on Friday 10 November between 1500 – 1730 hours and on Saturday 11 November between 0700 – 0800 hours. Bump out is on Sunday 12 November between 1330 – 1400 hours. 

*Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors will be contacted to confirm whether you wish to provide a prize to present during the Preferred Supplier Prize Draw. Due to limited presentation time, we will be unable to accept prizes that are not advised before the event.
