The Preferred Supplier Exhibition will be held over two days beginning on Saturday afternoon and continuing on Sunday morning, giving you ample time to connect with our members. This represents the structured business element of the conference and provides you with an opportunity to deliver your key company messages and showcase your product and point of difference to owners, managers and senior staff in small groups of between two and four.
Presentations that have been tailored around the needs of the business owner have received the best feedback in the past. Your representative should be a senior member of your team and qualified to engage with the owners and managers of our member agencies at a level beyond that of a regular agency visit.
Consider how to overview your company’s key benefits and features in line with how agents’ engage with your product to maximise yields in their businesses. Outline your latest product and technical innovations and ensure members know how they can best use these to streamline their office efficiencies. Highlight your value-add and up-sell opportunities and ensure members know all the sales and marketing channels available to them to work with you at a local level to drive business and deliver results. Your presentation should be flexible enough to enable some question time and provide for mutual and individual dialogue.
Throughout the sessions on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, members will be incentivised to visit your booth and spend time with your representative/s. The last 30 minutes of the Sunday session will be allocated to present prizes*.
As part of your sponsorship, you will receive a 3m x 1.5m booth, fascia signage, individually dressed table with four chairs, access to power and internet connectivity. Following your registration and closer to the event, you will be sent a separate communication asking you to detail any specific requirements for your exhibition participation.
A full briefing document will be provided to your attending delegate/s approximately two weeks prior to the event.
*On receipt of your registration, you will be contacted to confirm whether you will be providing a prize to present at the end of the Exhibition. Due to limited presentation time, we will be unable to accept prizes that are not advised before the event. A member of our staff will collect it from you during the Exhibition.
