The conference commences on Friday afternoon with our member-only events, the Annual General Meeting, Members’ Forum and Chairman’s Address.
Following this, all delegates are invited to our Welcome Function aboard the YOT Club, the world’s first super yacht event venue. The ‘White Sail Away Soirée’ sponsored by World’s Leading Cruise Lines is the perfect setting for our members, preferred suppliers and trade partners to take in the dazzling sights of the Gold Coast from the water and kick the weekend off in style!
On Saturday, our conference program features a speaker line-up headlined by UK-based customer service visionary Geoff Ramm, who appears courtesy of Singapore Airlines, as well as keynote presentations, an interactive workshop and the first session of the Preferred Supplier Exhibition.
On Saturday night, it’s time to take your shine to a new level of luminance as we celebrate being Australia’s leading network for independent travel agents and congratulate this year’s award winners at our ‘Bright’ National Awards Gala Dinner.
We continue on Sunday morning with a member-only networking breakfast and workshop, before the second session of the Preferred Supplier Exhibition takes place. This will be followed by prize draws, announcement of the 2024 Travellers Choice Conference destination and a closing lunch.
